Don't get me wrong, I think it's better to treat people well as you'd like to be treated yourself, but that's not the personality type who gets attracted to a profession like football coaching and is able to rise through the ranks to this level.  These guys by nature are selfish and detached, in many ways it's a requirement to be successful especially at this level.  What do you think it takes to be able to cut players, fire your friends, and neglect your families.  It's in their DNA-
