He's a basketball coach and wants to finish his career that way. If you expect something different from him, perhaps your expectations need adjustment because he's going coach his way and leave when he's ready. I don't think he's full of himself, rather the opposite. He thinks his primary job is to coach basketball while many think his primary responsibility is to answer for SU to fans & media. Personally, I've worked with a lot of different groups of people and some of the most exceptional people I've worked with have been seemingly arrogant, rude, & a pain in the butt, but in reality were just more focused on their job than on social niceties. I like that he's a coach and not a PR guy, but know there are many that don't agree.
