We watch a lot of tv but hated the wires and cable boxes so did their streaming service through Smart TVs and Rokus. Can stream live tv from anywhere in the US except for local channels, but even for locals if I record to DVR I can start streaming the recording two minutes after the live program starts. 
Lots of criticism directed at Spectrum over the years, much of it deserved, but for us it’s the best option out there right now. And if I wanted to add our phones there are even more attractive deals to be had.
