He went too far verbally with his players and refs - not in the mold of FHCDM. He was warned many times over.

Why did FHCDM fire him?

His style was definitely more in the humiliate/abuse mold than the disciplinarian mode of FHCDM. Not like Casullo had any idea, but it looked even worse after the fact when Rob Long got his cancer diagnosis. He had been slumping towards the end of the season, and Casullo was destroying the kid. No way he or anyone knew what was wrong with Long of course but it highlighted why that style is bad news. You can't take that abusive behavior back.
