OK, so I am no legal beagle... but doesn't this just seem like typical Bonds? He can A.) Stay in his mansion of a house for a whopping month, and then do 250 hours of community service, which even the most fickle of human beings can knock out in 5 weeks (and usually in cushy fashion, do to the resources available). And thus, finally be able to put this chapter behind of his life behind him in just over two months. Or B.) He can suspend the sentence and continue to trudge this along for another year and a half on an appeal, and then STILL serve a similar, if not identical, sentence at that point.
I very well could be missing something, as I just saw it go by the ticker, so please point me in the right direction if that is the case.
