I don't care what the demands were.  He should have been aware of what they were before you fire your head coach.  I really haven't seen a backup plan.  If Ash is it, he was totally unprepared for this coaching search.  How many teams are we fighting over to get Ash?  That tells me all I need to know.  I can just imagine the press conference introducing this guy, he'll be lucky if anyone even attends.
