Plus unlike the Belk Bowl the ACC team isn't expected to carry attendance it will be the Pac-12 team's responsibilty to be the anchor. Since the Big Ten will get 3/6 spots in the Orange Bowl basically every other year an ACC team will get a spot in the Outback Bowl.
