Pretty staggering numbers floating around college FB, a reminder of why conference realignment stakes are so high and schools are jockeying for position. Please chime in if you have corrections or more information. But here's what it looks like last year, this year and next:
Last year, the BE's bowl revenue take was 21+M.

This year, the payouts aren't finalized, but they're bound to go up. Our bowl (Pinstripe - 1.8M) doesn't bring in much. The big money game is L'Ville v. UF in the Orange Bowl, with a 17M payout. http://www.collegefootballpoll.com/bowl_games_bowl_schedule.html
Next year (2013-14), the playoff system is set to take effect. The ACC is one of the power 5 (with the SEC, B1G, Big12 and Pac12) -- splitting equal shares of 7.3B over 10 years. The BE looses its AQ and becomes part of the 'group of 5', with significantly lower revenue sharing.
In the new format, which the Sports Business Journal reported could be worth $7.3 billion over 12 years, the power five leagues will each receive an equal share, which will dwarf the compensation of the remaining five leagues (Big East, Conference USA, Mountain West, Sun Belt and Mid-American), called the Group of Five.
