Lines are typically based on efficiency systems like KP (as I have commented a number of times over the years it seems that Vegas uses a system very close to KP as the opening lines are almost always very similar) They measure two different things, so a 6-11 game could be a close line but both seeds still make sense. If the NCAA wanted to get seeds and lines more congruent, they would just select them and then seed them all on a computer forumulae. [/QUOTE]
