Florida takes the second seed over North Carolina with the head-to-head win, and with a seemingly close tie, the Gators have one less significant loss. The Tar Heels edge out Syracuse with two head-to-head wins and a better RPI, but also beat out USC with a greater number of significant wins. When looking at Syracuse and USC, the Trojans may be undefeated, but the Orange have a higher RPI, better results against common opponents and more significant wins.[/I]
