I'm reading good things about Fredericks and Dungey which has me thinking - who was the last FR or rsFR that surprised everyone and played at a hgh level? I think we are due for one.

No a huge sample size, but I was pretty happy with Brisly Estime's freshman year, especially against Minnesota.

EDIT: What am I thinking - Ishmael had an even better season as a frosh.

It depends on how one defines "high level," but I think multiple freshmen play well every year. Last year it was Ishmael, Philips, and Franklin.

That's still pretty vague and subjective. I don't think we are getting any closer to defining "high level, we are just switching ambiguous language.

Agree. I'd suggest it's a little like the famous quote about porn "I'll know it when I see it" ... Watching Ishmeal and Erv last year you could just see it.
