Truck drivers using a car GPS instead of a truck GPS.That's perfect. Who could miss that?
It's because they're using a car GPS. IIRC, a truck GPS will allow you to put in your height so that it will route you around the low clearance. There's a bridge in Glenville, near Albany, NY that trucks are hitting constantly because they follow their GPS and apparently either don't pay attention to all of the signs, flashing lights, etc. warning of a low bridge, or they are clueless about how high their truck is.
