I’d also look at things like “was 2016 a success” in a broader context, for example (installed system, beat ranked team, learned about ED, Ish, etc) As mentioned earlier in the thread, HCs in the ACC who has won 10 games and beaten a top 2 team is like 2 coaches (maybe 3) long.
