Bringing back the fans

1) Immediately upgrade the perks of being a season ticket holder / donor.
2) Football 'friends' program - each football member is tied to 10 incoming freshmen each year (can be up to 50 contacts) ... in turn these kids are encouraged to attend the game and support their friend.
3) Re-evaluate pricing levels. Eliminate the $100 seasons. Reward the season ticket holders, and have differing perk levels based on longevity and donation levels.
4) Fan fest on a Saturday
5) Hold multiple fan fests throughout the year: Feb (signing day), March, Apr, July, Oct, Dec
6) Orange Club Rewards program - meet and greet with the team and staff, dinner, meet members of other athletic programs.
7) Corporate rewards - reward corporations who participate and purchase / urge employees to attend games with sponsorship during events.

8) Future Orange Club: Discounted Family ticket purchase (seasons). Perks for each year renewed consistently.
9) Sliding scale seasons: Every year renewed, purchase cost is reduced a certain % for loyalty to program.
10) Free shirt with purchase of seasons (or padded seat)
11) plush Otto dolls with purchase of single game, kush balls, mini footballs, etc. etc.
12) Dome parking
13) legit tailgate - pregame designated areas
