Now if this was tied to the Sheraton being turned into a first-class athletes only residence and “lifestyle” center AND - to replace the Sheraton - they announce the construction of a 20-story, state of the art Marriott hotel on the west wing of the dome with an attached restaurant/bar/entertainment venue for fans/alumni... now that would be a game changer for all parties.
