But when they get down to the guts of the bubble, especially if down to a handful it's a much more granular review. They also extend quality wins to tourney teams above "x" line or bubble teams. I don't think they would have given Monmouth much value, but if they decide it is something of value, they will get credit for it whether it is RPI #45 or RPI #52. [/QUOTE]
