The matrix ranking may be just a case that Providence has just gotten hot the past couple weeks, and so there is a bit of a lag while folks catch on. In reality, it doesn't really matter since they are so close and would probably flip-flop with a PC win (at least in the general area) on the matrix. Marquette does have 2 tough games left (at Xavier, Creighton) so maybe this is better the way it is going (Marquette up 12 with 7 min to go). [/QUOTE]
