Beane and McDermott will get 4 years and I am fine with that but they need to change their outlook regarding the offense. Look at the best teams in the NFL right now, the bills are in the stone ages regarding their offensive philosophy. I like McDermott a lot but good lord they need to get some offense and they need to get somewhere starting next year.  The white knuckle philosophy is beyond dated.
