Bills coaches are in a second group behind the chiefs along with the niners, ravens and eagles. But the gap between the chiefs and everyone else is Super Bowl trophy wide as long as they have mahomes and I’m not sure anyone can overcome it.

Rams are the wild card… they could be in a group 1a ahead of that group with the bills or a group 3… but it’s tough to judge. McVay is right there with Reid on offense, but his defenses have been terrible. But they have had really poor injury luck too.

Anyways from a team player standpoint I don’t think the bills need to do that much… but other than secondary, where I think they need a rebuild, they are a couple of game changers away.

I would swing for the fences and see if could get Garret or Parsons (cowboys are in cap trouble I believe). But only players at that level will really elevate this team past the chiefs… random free agents won’t do much.
