Avoiding the Ravens would be a god send as well.

All that said, it's been a great run for Bills and their fans since Beane/ McDermott and Josh Allen have come along and I don't think anyone cany deny that, people can take issue with this and that but they have built a really great franchise at this point.  Did they get lucky drafting Josh? sure they did but as did KC drafting Mahomes as did the Ravens drafting Lamar, Pats with Brady etc etc.  It takes some good fortune as well but they need to capitalize on these opportunities at some point.

Who can forget when the Lions lost to SF a couple years ago in the NFC championship and Dan Campbell was 100% honest saying you just don't know how many real shots you are going to get like that to get to the Super Bowl.  He was spot on and not blowing typical coach speak smoke.  Their injury luck and poor play vs Commanders leading to an early exit last year was case in point.  It's extremely difficult for so many reasons
