The big issue isn't age, it's that the team has very limited high end talent outside of two players because Beane has missed on so many high draft picks where teams usually get the high end talent from. The talent on this team is laughably bad and Josh knows it which is why he is going back to hero ball Josh. I fear they have wasted/are wasting the peak of the most talented player in the league.

Sadly almost every Bills fan outside of one bills drive knew these problems going to the off season.  Good news is that there is still time for the talent acquired off season on defence to shine, but it's getting late early. I also think Babich stinks and McD isn't that much better as D play callers... but who knows with all these injuries. I expect to see a LOT of improvement on D coming out of the bye week.

I think the O is irreparably broken given how bad the receivers are. The only solution is to turn that unit over and that's not happening on a bye week.  So it's live and die by Josh... again.
