We don't have a tip off time yet...

but according to my Spectrum Cable guide, the ACC Network has three CBB windows on Saturday December 19:

3:30 p.m.
5:30 p.m.
8:30 p.m.

NC State vs Campbell and FSU vs UCF are the other two ACCN games that day.

The FSU at Wake Forest football game is also on the 19th, and they're in a six day hold.

Assuming that's causing the hold up.
