Really bad defense is 80, 90, and very rarely 100 points, even in the early games. But 144? Did they play 3 halves?

well, there was over 50 combined fouls, so there was at least some slapping going on. But Butler shot 64% from 2, and was able to get off 88 shots. 61 rebounds to Citadel's 21, so there looks to be a height advantage there, ha ha.

Citadel same coach that used to coach vmi led the nation in scoring the last 8 years.

Granted they have a different coach, but Butler scoring 144? Wiscy, Georgetown, and UCLA all lost their season openers to crappy teams? What a crazy start to the '15-16 season!
