Bye week: No press conference scheduled

Complete radio silence. Time to rest up and get ready for NCS. I just hope Dino has them ready and we don’t come out flats like last season after the bye. I do think that this season is different though and that will not happen again.

by the way the players were reacting around him i figured a broken arm.
I thought I saw his elbow in one of those armored sleeve looking devices.

I don't know the proper name for them is but it looked like something you would put on an arm with a dislocated elbow.

If his arm was broken, I would think they would have avoided having his arm bent.

could be true and dislocation would also be why the others were all looking like in shock..

also might be the best case as for recovery.

It was an air cast.

He was swinging his arm at his side while he walked into the locker room. If he had a broken bone, they would have supported his arm better until it was x-rayed and casted.

If a dislocated elbow, any chance he could be fine in a few weeks?
I think time frame will be decided by wether or not he needs surgery. Out for 1-3 weeks without, 4-6 recovery time with surgery. I can’t see him coming back before a bowl game if he needs surgery.

….and we have to wait a whole week before learning which uniform combination will be worn.

For those who are hoping for the pink and green….I give you GGP.

In my opinion having seen and suffered dislocations they look way worse than a break (unless its a compound break) and as others said they would have provided a lot more structure to minimize the movement. Dislocation is a good guess.

I can only talk about experience with a broken elbow. And it was a clean break that did not need to be set. No lifting or anything for 3 months. After 6 weeks lift 1 pound then there was maybe a jump up to about 5 pounds. Full use at 3 months. Could move it and use it but had to be very careful about bumping it. When around people had to sling it so no one would bump into it. Elbows are very tricky.
