1. Setting the edge on outside zone and counters.

2. OL health and improvement. Still having problems with guard to guard push into the backfield, getting beat across the face to the inside, tackles whiffing in pass pro.

3. Getting JJ and the TE's into the offense. The TE route down the hash would have been a TD if not for the PI. Good sign.

4. 3rd down efficiency, running more plays.

To point #2 -- really hoping that Dakota Davis, Anthony Red, and Will Froumy will be able to take advantage of having the bye week / two weeks until the next game to get healthy and get back on the field.

Saturday's performance was a step in the right direction for the OL, but these reinforcements would go a LONG way toward not just bolstering depth, but also to elevating the level of play up front.

Slim, None, None.
I noticed Dakota jumping up and down on the sideline. That's promising. Rondi/Froumy crutches. No obvious medical assist on Red. Just that he was one of the last off the field at half time, so may be hampered. I looked for Pat Davis the whole game. Couldn't find him. Anyone?

Hopefully Cisco returns next game.

Qadir is not just a house, or a mansion, he's his own compound!

So, after watching Tech...
How are his punting skills? :p

Dress him in something purple and you'd have... (I miss look-a-like threads).

if they are done for the season why not just announce it.. then he wouldnt get questions every PC and have to be vague about it

I think it has to do with a legal privacy policy I am not sure what the policy is called maybe someone on the board can help me out.

Yeah. That's what I hate. Whenever a coach says that we should have such and such a player back from injury by such and such a time, you probably can multiply that timeframe by 1.5 or 2. Especially when Dino says it

As to point #1 (setting the edge). Here's what I have noticed:
#1: Teams love to big boy us with their running backs as much as possible. It has been this way a number of years
#2: Teams seem to especially love to run/angle their running back outside the guard or tackle in long yardage situations (on 2nd and long especially) And we get caught with our pants down again and again. Killer

What about his earlier comments that there would be changes to the line by the forth or fifth week?

you cant talk about what the injury is without permission. that doesnt mean you cant say in or out.

I believe with a total commitment to a vigorous strength and conditioning program he will still look the same.
