A good staff that effectively does all that is worth 3-5 million in portal dollars maybe a little more. That’s the calculus you a have to look at. If you have a 12 million dollar roster and a staff that can make that a 16 million dollar roster then you have something.

We had an 8 million dollar roster with a zero to negative value staff last year as an example and the results showed.
