Be honest and objective, who would you rather have next year if you could choose and only have one- freshman TB or soph McC? Its a tough call for me. McC is a smoother athlete and plays higher above the rim and can cover the wing better imo, his upside is higher . But he barely could convert layups on the bump last yr due to lack of strength. With his knee injury i am not sure that will change much. Yes he should hit the weights during recovery but he wont be playing any real ball so he will be very rusty.

TB imo also needs to get stronger but maybe he will bulk up this summer, hes not the smooth athlete that McC is but he has more ball skills , ability to score down low in traffic and their jump shots are comparable imo. Now if TB comes here he will prob have to play a lot of 4 , not convinced he can cover wing but he would be a great hi lo w a healthy DC, as would McC.

In the end it a close call, i guess i would give a very slight advantage to McC on paper but w TBs nasty attitude and work ethic (that are lacking to some degree w McC) TB may be every bit as good as McC would have been? ...if he can adjust and play some 4.....
