It seems we've been this way forever. IF one of the young guns can develop and we use them down the field to stretch it, as well as cut down on the pre-snap penalties, i believe we have enough talent to be a good offense. Oh yeah, last thing. We're not good enough to not have a Kicker. I've said it before, but I believe the staff made 2 big gambles in the Spring that have backfired and really hurt us and it's not 20/20 hindsight b/c many saw it coming. 1)Could not afford to take a chance on Krautman recovering/Norton improving 2)Could not afford to only have 3 CB's with experience coming int the summer-needed to either in someone, whether JC or the Offensive side of the ball and let 'em work at it for more than 2 weeks before the season. No one can say they're shocked that at least one of our top 3 CB's were going to go down. Hopefully lessons learned. [/QUOTE]
