His weird, kind of static gait contributes to this, but I can't remember seeing someone accelerate so fast in open space as he did on that return. Very cool moment.

I remember an article that said he was a florida high school power lifting champ...I think he benched 575 while in highschool. I think they said he did 660 while at su. They also said he'd trot in from the practice field, jump on the bench and bench 500lbs while he still had his shoulder pads on. My memory might be a bit off but i think the numbers are pretty close.
