In the phone conversation didn't Davis tell L Fine that her husband touched him and she was asking him " how did he touch you?" As if she didn't know waht was going on then later in the conversation she said she saw him through a window. I don't understand how she doesn't know how Davis was touched and then she saw it. Did I take it wrong or is that rather conflicting?

I finally got around to reading the transcript. A couple of things (1) it really isnt clear what the timeframe is they are talking about, (2) LF certainly knew a lot and did nothing, and (3) there is some discussion about a physical confrontation in front of others at Manley...

Isn't the physical confrontation at Manley a reference to the choking incident over the $5k loan?

Seems like it...but I dont know for certain. Also references to other types of contact at Manley (he references secretaries and the like).
