Carlos has really good vision and decision making with the ball in his hands.  He knows he's not a great finisher at the rim, for instance, so he'll often just keep dribbling under the basket looking for an open teammate.

A lot of his long 2 pointers were designed plays.  If they were 3s, I'd be pleased, but long 2s are the worst shot in the game.  If Carlos could push to a 35% shooter on 3s, I think he'd be pretty sure to win the starters minutes.

On the other hand, I'm skeptical he is going to be as sure on the handle against better players... Will he be able to get where he wants to be, and get the ball to his teammates in their best spots?

I'm still feeling like Lucas Taylor gets more minutes, on his greater length and three point shooting.

Lampkin, Starling, Carlos, Taylor and Westry are all good passers... I don't think we're going to play a 1 iso and 4 statue offense we had at times last season.
