Can't see previews, no dropdowns, etc...

Ok, whenever I use Firefox or Chrome, I can no longer see a preview of the posts when you scroll over the thread title. On other sites, when I place the cursor over a dropdown menu, it no longer drops down to show the further options.

I know that firefox was updated to the newest version just a couple of days ago. Not sure how long the chrome version has been acting this way, as I usually use firefox.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas how to correct this? It's driving me crazy.

I use the latest update of Firefox, and can see previews and dropdowns. Virus?

After 7 months, the situation auto-corrected itself today after the latest Firefox update. The issue likely has something to do with Adobe Flash plug-ins, but I thought I'd tried everything already. It now feels like a completely new browser.
