There is the pay side that is available for members with more than 10 years of good behavior and then there is the administrator's pay side. You have to accumulate a lot of top secret clearance to be able to walk through those doors.

Well I can assure that I'll never get in there. I've never had close to 10 years of good behavior, in any aspect.
