Seriously, we need better rehab in prisons. We have way too many prisoners and repeat offenders. It would be nice it we could cut down both numbers somehow!

I worked in the Bronx criminal courts for 25 years. I could tell you stories... But I'll just say for now, when it comes to drug users, the charges of the system being racially biased are absolutely true.
