Congrats to @DaiEllison_2 on choosing to play big time college football! Syracuse is a real school! #CHOPNation
What you are saying is that Rutgers comes in tenth in a one horse race?Penn State has 6 of the top 12 NJ recruits according to one of the sites. That part of the wall was never finished anyway.
From the same site, we have 3 of the top 25 in NJ. Rutgers has 2. 2 are undecided (with listed offers from both of us among others).
Lifelines aside, there's just no way for them to protect that state.
Forgive me for playing devil's advocate. Dawson is in the same boat that Prater is in, except Dawson's delayed enrollment is due to health issues. Do they both count as commit 24? Don't mean to come across as a wise guy. I'm just thinking that because both could be considered #24, neither one really is.Dawson

I am going to guess that since Dawson is in academic good standing, he is treated differently than Prater, who as of today remains ineligible. They might not count Prater until the point where he becoming academically eligible and can enroll at Syracuse.Forgive me for playing devil's advocate.
