Class of 2014 CB Derrick Tindal (FL) Offered

Hmmmm interesting tape. Jumps off as more of a safety type player than a true CB? Seems to read well and break on the ball. Also isn't afraid to come up and stick his nose in for tackles. Maybe a future safety instead of CB/WR

Tindal, a 5-11, 170-pound senior defensive back ranked No. 22 overall by the Miami Herald.
Tindal, is the cousin of former Boyd Anderson standout Corey Tindal — now at Marshall University — has offers from Marshall, FIU, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and Akron.
“With Derrick you get leadership and a first-class athlete,” Blair said. “I’m surprised why more ACC, SEC, Big East schools aren’t after him. He’s a four-year starter and athlete in the sense he can play offense, defense and special teams. He brings so much to the table and I’m glad he’s on our roster.”

FWIW he's not in the Orlando Sentinel's top 100.

Ishmael - #57

Hallmon - #62

Edouard - #85

Johnson (among some others) ones to watch.

Could it be because his team is having a terrible season... as of 10/2 they were 0-5?

will also be taking an official to South Carolina.

i dont know how many battles were going to win but put me in the camp that's happy as hell we're battling Oklahoma, South Carolina, Notre Dame, etc.

Pretty weird in my opinion that he'd commit to Indiana of all places before tripping to at least South Carolina let alone Syracuse - two visits he had set (according to scawt)

and I'd agree with Money about Brown.

Well we can't take every DB have to draw the line someplace.
