Syracuse football 4-star C commit Tyrone Sampson eager to compete for starting job

The Orange has already offered two Class of 2019 prospects from East English Village, per Sampson: defensive back Jordan Anderson and athlete Elija Griffin.

Anderson accompanied Sampson on the trip to Syracuse and got a chance to speak with SU defensive backs coach Nick Monroe on the field before the game.

"Jordan went with me and he really liked it," Sampson said. "He really liked the coaches who were talking with him."
