Biggest jump was Maryland, from 64, to 27.(Texas drops from 21 to 56)

I agree. I think they should be using this poll for the official rankings.
I wonder if the week 1 rankings were based mostly on what our final ranking was last year, and then they adjust according to what they saw week 1 to come up with their week 2 rankings.

They still do that. UMASS, possible ACC school, is on it as the only 2 loss team in the country.
