Hey All,
While trying to decide whether to root for Clemson to make the CFP this year, since our year is most likely over, I was trying to figure out what the extra payout to Cuse would be should they make the final 4. In this article, I saw that the ACC had the highest bowl payout in 2014, which was a pleasant surprise.
Total Revenue 2014 ACC Bowls - 83.5 million
Minus expenses (& ND) and equally distributed comes to roughly 5.5 million? Does that seem right?
This year, Clemson looks strong for a CFP run and here's hoping another ACC team makes a bigger bowl as the payout there is an additional 27.5 million
