If things break right we could see #6 Clemson vs #9 UNC in the ACC CG. If Clemson wins vs a Top 10 team, will that be enough to jump over #4 Michigan? Especially with Michigan's complete joke of an OOC schedule?

I assume you mean if Michigan loses to OSU that is. I'd say probably yes Clemson move ahead of Michigan then. But if Michigan beats OSU both stay ahead of Clemson.
