If he fully recovers and plays to his assumed potential, would he even still be here? Roster continuity can no longer be assumed. And if he doesn’t would we still want to tie up the scholarship? If he can get to the point where he can contribute the last two weeks of the regular season and post season, I could see a case for playing him.
