The difference here is that he wanted it, worked like hell to develop himself his natural talent turned heads and propelled him to the NFL and he is now the best OLB pass rusher in the NFL and not going out too far on a limb I say he'll be, barring a career ending injury, an NFL HOFER. So, sometimes star ratings don't mean anything and those that have them end up sitting or never play or don't believe in themselves enough to work hard and get to the top and some do. Those that do are rewarded in their performance and salary. Chandler is being compensated for his football acumen at an average of 16.5 M each year for 5 years.
