There has been plenty of talk on here about Marrone's flat demeanor and lack of emotion. This is college football and kids feed on emotion.  I think Marrone is a good guy but this year was very eye opening watching his depressed pressers and negative vibe at times. This is college football and it is about working hard and having fun! Watch Strong at the Ville, Jones at Cincy, Fitzgerald at Northwestern...these guys instill gameday energy and juice into their sidelines! I believe Chandler started this season will intentions of returning in 2012 with the second half unraveling and apparent internal problems having a part in his change of heart. Most of all the business like, no fun and almost NFL approach by his coach. In the end, if you are not gonna have fun and have  a college feel...then why not get paid for it!
