Chase Whitley is a pleasant surprise

David Phelps could learn a lot from Whitley who shares a bunch of characteristics in pitch repertoire with the big exception of the slider. Chase has one and Phelps does not. The difference is significant enough that someone must get inside Phelp's head and convince him to work on adding it to his resume He might but I think he will trade bait along with a super prospect in some deal that will probably piss off the fans. Cashman got lucky with Montero but his story isn't complete and Pineda is again on the injured list.along with Campos.
