A big reason the chats have been held regularly and been successful in the past is because people follow the rules. Don't be the group that couldn't follow the rules and spoiled chats for everyone. Lastly, be considerate of the guest and the position he is in. Don't ask him questions he cannot and should not answer (like whether the coaching staff should be fired).
