I also think Syracuse might have a selfishness problem. Too many times in Syracuse (and as evidenced during Dino Babers tenure) players will play up to a big time matchup, but not give the same effort throughout the year. They showed up for Clemson this year, and they showed up for BC because BC whooped us last year. Will they continue to show up?

Too many times a Dino Babers defense has not wanted to tackle in the running game. Dino has even mentioned this in his press conferences. He talked about players continuing to stick their nose in and tackle the running back even though it hurts

I don't think work ethic is an issue at all with this coaching staff ...especially Dino. I actually think Dino sometimes outsmarts himself of over thinks details, and then adjusts so much that it doesn't free up play on the field.
