Chino?

Can someone, pretty, pretty, pretty please tell me how Chino is listed as a Senior?
Did they really take 2 years off him? Never really understood (I read the articles in PS) how he lost freshman year but oh well. But 2 years? Please explain.

Ok... I think that this is the way it goes. Lost Freshman year... Red Shirted Sophomore year... Played last year (Junior) ... This year a Senior. That I believe is academically and has nothing to do with eligibility to play at least 2 more years. People correct me if I'm wrong...which I am sure you will do anyway.

He's a Junior. Basically the NCAA said he had 4 to play 4 rather than 5 to play 4. They did this after he had sat out as a freshman.

Yep. Good ol' timely NCAA, waiting until after he'd already sat out the entire freaking season to say "Oh hey by the way, he doesn't get a redshirt freshman season."

I believe they gave his freshmen year to diagne, but it came with a condition it would have to be played at a different school. Maybe In the end it had something to do with fencing classes for 6'8 and above guys.
