Is there a basis for either statement?   People I've spoken to are not aware of any issues between Dino and Anae.  Dino and Gilbert are a different conversation.  Listen to the Monroe interview before the bowl game [I](16:00 minute mark to 17:30[/I]) and tell me if this sounds like he thinks "Dino is a bad boss to work for."

By the way, who is the fourth assistant to leave this year?  I have Anae, White and Monroe.  Who is the fourth?   If you're counting West you might want to slow down. He hasn't left yet and he may not.

I don't believe my response, or your original post had anything to do with number of changes among the assistant coaches, but we can have that conversation too if you want.  Might be best in a different thread.

For the most part, the changes that have been made in the assistant coach ranks have been upgrades.   I can live with the Beck for anae move and certainly respect Anae's desire to be closer to his kids and grandkids in North Carolina.   It will be interesting to see who we can get to coach TE's so the jury is still out there.  I'm not sure we can get an upgrade on Monroe.  So, let me ask this, other than Monroe, which of the assistants who left do you want back?
