ESPN report. I hope this gets done and approved.

Is it the same trade? How could he approve it this time?

Btw, don't get me wrong, I am not a fan of what he did in the first place.

Changes are unknown at this time per ESPN. I would imagine either more players or draft picks are involved. I believe Stern wanted to insure NO got a fair shake in all of this, but I'm in agreement with you, he should have stayed out of this in the first place.

Im sure they tweaked it a little. Its gotta get done, the backlash has been fierce, i doubt stern thought he was gonna get destroyed as much as he has.

Stern did this because the other owners complained.

Considering the bind they're in, I think they did pretty well, even in the old trade.

If dan gilbert never wrote that letter then stern never gets involved. Gilbert is still bitter about lebron dumping him for miami so hes jealous of big market teams getting stars. Its got nothing to do with whether the hornets got a good deal or not (and they certainly did) and everything to do with the lakers getting another star, even though theyre trading away a star and another big time player.

Yesterday I took a poo that was more interesting than the NBA.

I bet the shortened season will make it much more interesting, though.

The letter Gilbert wrote was a joke. Basically he was complaining that he wasn't going to get as much luxury tax money from the Lakers.

Also, if the Lakers can't get Dwight, as a laker hater, I am fine with the trade. Paul is incredible, but they'd be relying on Bynum as their only big.
