In 1997 or so, I was at band practice in the dome after football practice. I was the last to leave and there was a football jacket that someone on the team left. Since I knew those were nike freebies, I took it. When I got back to our house I walked the runway modeling. Then I noticed there was a name written on the tag. I didn't recognize it so I figured it was a manager. I looked the name up in the directory and the name wasn't there. Then I looked at the staff and I saw that the name was in there. It was rippon. I still wear it all the time and will model for anyone at the Clemson basketball game if you're interested.

Columbia is a mess. Has been for years. AD is "retiring" after this year - speculation is that she was told prior to the 2014 season that if football didn't improve she would be let go. She chose to go on her good-bye tour for a year, and football promptly went 0-10.

I guess it's a good way to get your kid into Columbia, if that situation is applicable!
